Field Service Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily

Office Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Non-urgent messages sent outside office hours may receive a delayed reply.

💳 Booking & Cancellations
Up-front payment via Credit or Debit Card secures your reservation.
Cancellations within the window incur a 50% fee.

Dog Walking, Cat Care, Drop-in Visits, Hourly Pet Sitting:

Payment Due & Cancellation Window: 48 hours prior

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling within the cancellation window incurs a $10.00 fee

Rescheduling out of the current week (Saturday through Sunday) incurs the standard cancellation fee

🎄 Surcharges & Holiday Rates
These premiums go directly toward compensating sitters for off-hours and peak demand.

After-Hours (+$5): Evening visits (5:00 - 8:00 PM)

Holidays (+50%): Martin Luther King Jr. Day Weekend, Super Bowl Sunday, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Juneteenth Weekend, Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, and Peak Holiday Season
🐶 Minimum Vacation Care Policy
For your dog's safety and well-being during multi-night absences, we require a Vacation Care Package plus a minimum of one additional midday visit per day. Standard daily walks may not be substituted for full vacation care.
