🐶 Minimum Vacation Care Policy
To ensure the safety and mental well-being for your dogs during your multi-night absences:

Individual daily walks cannot be substituted for Vacation Care.
- A vacation care package plus a minimum one additional midday visit is strictly required.
✨ Special Rates

Same-Day Rush Fee: +33% for services requested on the same calendar day.

After-Hours Premium: +33% for visits scheduled during our early/late windows (6 AM – 8 AM and 8 PM – 10 PM).

Excludes Overnight or Live-In Care.

Service Limits: Aside from Overnight and Live-In Care, we do not perform field services between 10 PM and 6 AM.
🎄 Holidays & High Demand Periods

A +33% surcharge applies during holiday periods.

This helps us pay our Sitters a higher wage for their work on holidays and high demand periods.

💳 Booking & Cancellations
To secure your spot, payment in full is required.

Hourly Services: Payment due 3 days prior.

Overnight Services: Payment due 14 days prior.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled within these same timeframes (3 or 14 days), a 50% cancellation fee applies.
