• Field Service Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily​

• Office Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Non-urgent messages sent outside office hours may receive a delayed reply.​

💳 Booking & Cancellations

Up-front payment via Credit Card secures your reservation.

Cancellations within the window incur a 50% fee. 

• Dog Walking, Cat Care, Drop-in Visits, Hourly Pet Sitting:

  • Payment Due & Cancellation Window: 3 days prior

• Overnight, Live-In Care:

  • Payment Due & Cancellation Window: 14 days prior

🎄 Surcharges & Holiday Rates (+33%) 

​These premiums go directly toward compensating sitters for off-hours and peak demand. 

• Short Notice: Requests placed with less than 24 hours' notice​

• After-Hours: Visits between 6AM - 8AM and 8PM - 10PM (excludes overnight and live-in services)

• Holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Super Bowl Sunday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Peak Holiday Season (Dec 21 - Jan 3)​​

🐶 Minimum Vacation Care Policy

​For your dog's safety and well-being during multi-night absences, we require a Vacation Care Package plus a minimum of one additional midday visit per day. Standard daily walks may not be substituted for full vacation care.

• 24-hour Live-In pet sitting

• Wedding Pet Care & Chaperone 

• Dog Hiking/Adventure walking

• Pet Transport & Supply/Meds Courier

• Light Grooming (Baths, Nails, Ears, and Teeth)
